No purchase yet but still wanted to leave a review

I went to see a car at Motorexe Ltd and I must say the guys there were excellent. Very friendly but also very knowledgeable. There was no pressure and I had lots of time to check out the particular car. In the end, I decided I would hang on a bit longer until I could increase my budget. So although I didn't make a purchase yet, I wanted to still say these guys deserve every one of their 5 stars!

Great people

Went to motorexe in Ilford to buy a car and I got more than just a family car I got a whole new extension on family, I was made to feel like a brother and 1000 honestly worth every moment of experience l, if u looking for a family car or just a reliable car and great people to share time out of your day especially covid times then I recommend you pay them a visit and join the big happy family have a great day.

Buy a car with total confidence.

Genuine staff, not pushy and great to talk to. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car that lived up to the description given by Motorex. My wife is delighted with the car. They also make a good cup of tea!

Honest and straightforward as it should be.

Having arrived in Ilford somewhat guarded of second-hand car dealerships I am delighted to write that in Motorexe a genuine and honest dealership exists. I bought a Lexus from Mr Rahim of Motorexe and although the car looked in very good order it did not have an MOT. I concluded the deal with Mr Rahim taking the car there and then with the MOT being resolved by myself and Mr Rahim said he would compensate me after I had the MOT test. Having subsequently taken the car for an MOT with a few items needed to pass and pay for I called Mr Rahim. He was as good as his word and saw the items required on the MOT certificate and paid for them immediately, transferring the money to my account. It is so good to have your confidence restored and I highly recommend this company and Mr Rahim and hope other dealerships follow this example. Thank you

A month on and still going strong

The young man was very polite and professional when I arrived. To be very honest I was a little sceptical at first but his knowledge of the product and quick response in regards to anything I pointed out told me he had done his homework and that these guys were serious. Decent on the negotiation id say but quality and customer care are definitely the edges over other places I visited.

Having checked out the various websites, I found Auto Trader to be the easiest to use with clear details information. when I finally found the car I liked, the whole process started from viewing, and exchanging my old car to finally signing off the new one.
